drop 001 / production, seeding, and trust first

by this point drop 001 was in production and we were getting into all the less exciting stuff that actually matters once a drop is real.

the main focus was pretty simple: make sure the clothes feel worth what people are paying, check the product when it comes in, ship fast and communicate clearly if anything goes wrong.

we were also sending pieces to creators and models, but everything was still coming through chunq first so we could check print quality, sizing, color, tags, loose threads, stains and shipping damage before sending customer orders out.

we didn't want to fake scarcity or make the whole thing about hype. if something sold out, it sold out. if it didn't, we kept working.
